Agilitas, a pan-European mid-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Arjan Hannink as Investment Executive.
Arjan joins Agilitas from A.T. Kearney where he worked five years in France and two years in Belgium and the Netherlands. At A.T. Kearney he completed due diligence projects for private equity clients and worked on strategic, operational and organisational issues for large and medium-sized enterprises. In 2013 he completed an MBA at INSEAD, building upon his MSc from Leiden University and a BSc in Economics and Informatics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Born and educated in the Netherlands, Arjan is fluent in French and English as well as his native Dutch.
Agilitas is a highly experienced private equity team consisting of a number of former colleagues. They have over 90 years combined private equity experience and, since 1995, have advised on more than EUR1.5 billion of equity investments in 34 transactions across 11 European countries.
