Agilitas, the pan-European mid-market private equity firm, has today announced the expansion of its investment team with the appointments of Amol Judge, Nadja Goldbach, Niklas Quadt and Verdeep Dost. The recent hires will work across every stage of Agilitas’s investment process, assisting the firm’s ability to support quality-focused step changes in the performance of businesses that contribute to human or planetary flourishing.

Before joining Agilitas, Amol worked for three years as an investment professional at Herkules Capital, a private equity firm based in Oslo, and was a board member for companies in the Nordic region. He began his career at Carnegie Investment Bank, where he worked on numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, equity financings and IPOs. Amol holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Oslo and speaks Norwegian, English, Swedish, Danish, Punjabi and Hindi.

Nadja has joined Agilitas after three years at the strategy consulting and M&A firm Monitor Deloitte. Before that, she worked for Norland Capital, a technology-focused mid-market private equity firm based in Silicon Valley and London. Nadja started her career at management consulting firm Kearney where she focused on strategic transformation, corporate finance, and private equity. She holds a MSc in Development Economics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford. Nadja speaks German, English, French and Spanish.

Niklas joins Agilitas after three years at private equity firm TA Associates. Niklas also spent four years at Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, where he advised management teams, private equity firms and other institutional investors throughout the investment cycle, including on due diligence and value creation initiatives. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mannheim in Germany. Niklas is fluent in German and English.

Verdeep has joined Agilitas after three years at Hermes Infrastructure, an investment manager specialising in infrastructure investment in the UK and Europe, where he worked on investments across the infrastructure and energy space. Prior to this, Verdeep was at Macquarie Group for ten years, where he focused on the transport and utilities sectors within Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets. He holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.

Martin Calderbank, Managing Partner at Agilitas, commented: “Amol, Nadja, Niklas and Verdeep all help bolster Agilitas’s existing investment team and further highlight our ability to attract talented individuals with substantial experience. We welcome them to our growing team and look forward to working together to help drive multi-dimensional business transformations in high-quality defensible companies across Europe.”
